We offer a range of insulation materials — including Glasswool Roll, Bubble Insulation, XLPE, Rockwool Slabs, and PUF Panels — each designed to meet specific project requirements.
Every insulated roofing and cladding system is custom-engineered by BLUA to match the building’s usage, location, and environmental needs.
Single Skin Insulation
In single-skin insulation, the insulating material is installed directly under the roof or wall sheeting. The insulation is rolled over purlins or girts, and the sheeting is fixed through it onto the secondary framing. Only the vapour barrier layer is visible from inside, ensuring a neat appearance and effective thermal resistance.
Double Skin Insulation
In double-skin insulation, the system consists of internal liner panels, spacer blocks, and outer sheets separated by an insulating layer such as Glasswool or Rockwool. This setup provides enhanced thermal insulation, soundproofing, and fire resistance while maintaining structural integrity. Double-skin wall cladding features an internal liner attached to girts and an external sheet fixed with insulation on the outside — delivering superior energy efficiency and comfort.
PUF Panels (Polyurethane Foam Panels)
PUF Panels are lightweight, durable, and energy-efficient components used for roofing, wall cladding, and ceiling applications.
They are ideal for industrial buildings, warehouses, cold storage, clean rooms, telecom shelters, porta cabins, prefab toilets, and site offices.
PUF Panels offer multiple benefits — energy savings, high load-bearing capacity, durability, corrosion resistance, and easy installation.
They come in various thickness options to suit diverse applications and thermal requirements.

- Roof Panels: 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm
- Wall/Ceiling Panels: 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm
PUF Density: 38–44 kg/m³ (Standard: 40 kg/m³)

Common PPGI Sheet Thickness: 0.40mm, 0.45mm, and 0.50mm (higher density and thickness available on demand).
